A website is stated as static when each of its pages is coded in HTML and is visible to everyone with the same information that is written to design it.
A static website doesn’t require a database design and therefore, it is easy to develop. However, it is suitable only for small businesses as small-sized websites are easy to handle but not for the bigger ones as handling hundreds of pages for large-sized businesses isn’t an easy task.
In simple words, a static website is written in HTML and its website content is the same as written over its HTML code
